Her passion for nature drives her to organise courses to recognise the various herbs that grow in the area surrounding the farm.
The herb recognition courses are held periodically and are aimed at anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge of herbs or simply wishes to discover the secrets of the area. Participants will learn to recognise herbs and use them for their own wellbeing or to make the dishes they prepare in their kitchens tastier, making them simple and genuine.
In addition, courses are also organised to make soap with olive oil. This is an excellent opportunity to bring a little of the nature of the countryside into the home environment. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make soap bars using herbs and essential oils, thus making their clothes fragrant and natural.
