Agriturismo Villalba is a place immersed in nature and tranquillity, where it is possible to learn the culinary art of the Aretine tradition thanks to the country cooking courses organised by the owner. These courses offer a unique experience to get to know authentic local cuisine and learn the techniques for preparing the most typical dishes, using only fresh and genuine local products.
During the course, guests can learn how to prepare tasty, traditional dishes such as jam tart, vegetable pie, onion soup and many others. In addition, there is the opportunity to customise the course, choosing favourite dishes, and to learn all the secrets of peasant cooking.
Once you have learnt the cooking techniques, you can enjoy the delicacies you have prepared during the course, or book your own lunch or dinner with typical local products, such as bistecca alla fiorentina, ribollita, fagioli all'uccelletto and many other traditional Tuscan dishes.
In addition, Agriturismo Villalba offers the opportunity to buy local products used during the country cooking course, such as wine, olive oil, honey and many other delicious specialities.
